Getting Started
The process starts as soon as you contact us! We will schedule a time to meet with you on site, explore your property, and discuss what your goals for an outdoor lighting system are. This free initial consultation and quote to take about 30 minutes or so. During this visit our lighting designer will take pictures and measurements in order to create a rendering which will give you a better idea of what the ultimate effect of your new lighting system will be.
Quote and Renderings
Next, you'll receive an itemized quote along with images of the fixtures we are proposing, and renderings of the proposed work to help you visualize the design and ensure that the project will achive the desiered results. We will go over the quote with you to make any changes and answer any questions you might have.
Installation
When you decide to engage our services we will schedule a date for installation as soon as possible (usually within two weeks from the date of deposit). On the day of installation our team will arrive on site and take care of everything - usually without you even needing to be on site. Most of our installations take no more that one day to install. That evening, out designer will arrive at dusk to ensure that you are thrilled with the overall effect, and to make any small focusing adjustments that might be necessary.
Service and Maintenance
We are proud to provide a 3 year limited warranty on all installed materials, so if one of your bulbs goes out we will be happy to replace it. Like any product left out in the elements, our fixtures can get dirty, covered up by leaves, bumped by pets, etc. We offer a yearly maintenance plan that ensures your fixtures continue to provide the same warmth and glow for years to come.
